A model where the customer pays cash when the product arrives, instead of upfront online, dominant in nutra and e-commerce across Asia, Africa and Latin America. It lowers the barrier to convert, so lead volume is high, but many parcels get rejected at the door and payout hinges on confirmed delivery. Buyers track approval and delivery rates as closely as conversion rate.
