Offer Cap

Affiliate

The maximum number of conversions (or budget) an advertiser will accept on an offer in a given window, usually per day. Once you hit the cap, extra conversions may not pay, so you pace spend and ask your affiliate manager to lift it when you're converting cleanly. Caps protect the advertiser's budget and lead quality but can throttle a campaign right as it starts to scale.

Example

A gambling offer capped at 50 FTDs per day stops paying once you deliver the 51st.
