RESTRICTED — Legal & state-licensed (Games of Chance Act; Ministry of Finance/Tax Administration). April 2025 reform bans gambling ads 06:00–23:00 on internet/TV/radio, bans print & billboard promos, and prohibits use of celebrities, athletes or influencers; national self-exclusion register launched; new Gambling Law due 2026.
