LEGAL — regulated by Coljuegos; LatAm's first licensed online gambling market (since 2016); operators need a local .co concession (~16 licensed sites). Offshore/unlicensed operators BANNED — 10,000 illegal sites blocked (Feb 2025) and 35 promoting influencers pursued.

Crypto Legal

LEGAL — legal but unregulated; not legal tender; treated as an intangible asset. Bill 510/2025 advancing a VASP framework; DIAN crypto-provider reporting from 2026 fiscal year.

LEGAL — pornography legal for adults 18+; no blanket ad ban, but SIC decency & consumer rules and platform ad policies apply.

ALLOWED — no specific restrictions; mainstream dating apps operate freely under standard consumer-protection and data (Law 1581/2012) rules.
