RESTRICTED — Legal and licensed (Games of Chance Administration; new SPIS responsible-gambling body, Oct 2025). Advertising permitted but must carry addiction/minor-protection warnings and cannot target minors; 2025 amendments tightened age verification, venue rules and financial oversight; advertising-ban proposals under political debate.
LEGAL — Regulated under the 2020 Digital Assets Act (in force 2021). Trading and mining legal and licensed via National Bank of Serbia (virtual currencies) and Securities Commission (tokens); ~15% capital-gains tax; use of crypto as a means of payment is banned.
RESTRICTED — Advertising Act is silent on online adult content; general decency, advertising and minor-protection rules apply. No explicit statutory ban but limited/unclear regulation.
